To sum up this restaurant: there is no consistency, order, or management running the place. Good luck having someone deal with a complaint or with a customer in general. No one knows how to please the customer! My husband and I have came to this restuarant a few times to try something new, but have been disappointed. This is the last time. The food is very inconsistent in the flavor (they must have more than one cook.) The flautas plate is good, but three times my husband has ordered the steak and there was no flavor. The beans also are missing something. Most of all the service has been rude. Recently, our server added gratuity to our ticket on a table of six! Most restaurants add grat. on tables of eight or more. Plus, the restaurant doesn't have this policy printed anywhere on the menus or just anywhere! When we asked about it... no one was in charge and they didn't do anything, except the waitress griped in Spanish about the whole deal. What a bad experience! Be aware of who waits on you because they will be greedy enough to add their own tip in as they choose!

The food was great but the service was borderline rude. I have been there a few times and the food is always spectacular- the quesadillas are great. The service "almost" makes it not worth it... I will go back though the food is great. Just don't be in a hurry.
