I am sorry you felt this way about my business. We always try to do the best job possible and keep the cost as low as possible. We do not do trial and error diagnosis. All cars from 1981 and up are computer controlled--you have to hook these cars up to a computer and replace the parts the computer says are bad. If for any reason you are not happy with our work, please call me and let me know what the problem is. We are approximately 10 to 15 dollars per hour cheaper than any other major shop in Amarillo. I'm very sorry you felt this way and if there is any way I can make it up let me know.
